What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. We’ll send you a convenient 4-digit doorcode via text and email on the morning of your stay. Check-out is by 11 AM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your visit!

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet in both the main house and guest house.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
The guest house has a wide, stair-free entrance and a walk-in shower. While it is not officially ADA compliant, it does cater to those with mobility deficits. 

 

Are you kid friendly?

Due to the design of the guest house, we advise that the space is not suitable for children under the age of 8 years old. 

What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel your stay 30 days or more before check-in, there’s no charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 7 days of check-in will not be refunded.

Do guests have access to Wintergreen Resort amenities? 

Guests have access to Wintergreen’s Chestnut Springs Pool from 2 to 6 pm daily Memorial Day - Labor Day. Please note that guests do not have access to the aquatic center.
